Abstract

ANALYSIS OF THE USAGE OF MOTOR DC 12 VOLT ON SURVEILLANCE ROBOT WITH WIRELESS COMMUNICATION BASED MICROCONTROLLER ARDUINO SEVERINO NURUL SAVITRI Surveillance robot with wireless communication based microcontroller Arduino Severino are composed of multiple devices and components, DC motor 12 Volts, Battery Li-PO, Arduino Severino, IC MAX232, Router and IP CAM. This robot can be used as a information of monitoring objects that are not reachable by humans because of the state of nature or natural phenomena that are difficult to reach. The working principle of this robot is to use the laptop with the principle of control of data transmission - which command data wirelessly using the router WRT54GL will provide equivalent command voltage signal input to the Arduino microcontroller to driver motor. However, because of the output voltage of the Arduino still very small then it takes the motor driver circuit. Performance of the motor driver circuit relies on the current and voltage flowing to the motor driver input. The greater the current and voltage input into the motor driver, the greater the voltage flowing to the motor and the fastermoving inventories. Keywords : Motor DC, Arduino Severino, Driver Motor
