Abstract

EFFICIENCY OF PAUWELS TRANSFORMATOR 30 MVA 70/20 kV IN SEDUDUK PUTIH SUBSTATION PALEMBANG USING ETAP 12.6 (2015 : 62 Pages + Appendix) Each operation of transformer who used to electrical distribution have lossess, the lossess who produced will affect efficiency of transformer. This Final report calculate about efficiency of Transformer 30 MVA in Seduduk Putih Substation Palembang. Measurement is done by using ETAP 12.6. Measurement is doing at low load, normal load, top load at 1, 15, and 30 April 2015. Based from result of measurement, it get the biggest input power and output power of transformer is 15.053 + j6.658 MVA and –15.025 – j5.563 MVA then the lowest input power and output power is 5.690 + j2.241 MVA and –5.686 – j2.266 MVA.The biggest copper losses transformer measured is 28.5 kW and the lowest copper lossess measured is 4.0 kW. The writer conclude that the biggest efficiency of Transformer 30 MVA 70/20 kV measured is 98.99 %. Then the lowest efficiency of Transformer 30 MVA 70/20 kV measured is 97.34%.
