Abstract
A learning process based on e-learning system give much more benefit for user. The implementation in Telecommunication web system will ease the learning process beetween lecturer and student and also give a room for them to do several interaction in that e-learning system. For that reason the web server based on Linux Ubuntu operating system has been established which used to open the e-learning website in online method. In this web system, the web server has been developed by Apache system and implement web management system through Joomla and the content management through Moodle. Both are having the different function, Joomla is one of web management system which ease the management of website in the other hand Moodle especially been designed for learning neccesiity. After both best of the system has been integrated to be one system, then an e-learning system has been developed which compatible and well testing according to the resource, loading and also traffic condition.
