One of the environmental pollution in South Sumatera, namely pollution caused by industrial wastewater originating from songket weaving yarn dyeing. To overcome this, we need technology that can process the waste so that it can meet the standards specify in the Peraturan Gubernur Sumatera Selatan No. 8 Tahun 2012. The technology used is an asymmetric membrane technology made of polysulfones with variations in material composition of 18% of the PSF; 68% DMAC; 14% PEG-400. The purpose of this research was to get polysulfones asymmetric membranes for wastewater treatment songket weaving, to test permeability (flux) and selectivity (rejection) membrane, and to determine the optimum operating conditions in waste of songket weaving treatment. From the research, be obtained membrane flux reached 21.83 L / m2jam. For the value of rejection, from 4 parameter measurements taken, the optimum operating conditions for the pressure variation from 0.5 to 2.5 (range 0.5) bar is at a pressure of 0.5 bar. For color rejection, is the addition of coagulant 3000 ppm of 90.72%, for COD, is the addition of coagulant 3000 ppm of 93.18%, for turbidity, namely the addition of coagulant 3000 ppm of 91.27%, and for pH value , is the addition of coagulant 2000 ppm of 8.7%. From these results, it can be concluded that the greater of the pressure, the value of flux produced bigger, while the smaller the resulting rejection. Keyword: Polysulfones Membrane, waste, songket
