Abstract
Travel Grand Puri Tiara Palembang is one of travel agency in Palembang that focus on public services. In increasing employee skill Grand Puri Tiara Palembang have task in process data recording of flight ticket and cargo in Travel Grand Puri Tiara Palembang. Recording of data flight ticket and cargo in Travel Grand Puri Tiara Palembang still use very simple method they record all data with a book as a record folder that do by Administrative section. This will take a lot of time to record the data, but writer have been try to make a program that more effective and efficient than before for cut a lot of time to record data of flight tickets and cargo by Administrative section in Travel Grand Puri Tiara Palembang. The method research that writer use is interview, observation and document analysis. In system development writer use waterfall method. Result that we get is application process data recording of flight ticket and cargo in Travel Grand Puri Tiara Palembang.
