Abstract
State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya was one of the first six Polytechnic in Indonesia. State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya consists of nine departments, one of which Department of Information Management. In supporting the teaching and learning process in the Department of Information Management do not yet have a specific program, so that the student or the student who was unable to attend will be left behind some material. The authors sought to create an effective program that can support the learning process that takes place. The research method used is observation, interview and literature as well as using the Rational Unified Process (RUP). The results of this research is a Web Application Media Interactive Learning in the Information Management Department State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya.
