The purpose of writing this final report is to make an Application Filing Data Processing Loans and Scholarships Members of the Army Battalion Yonkav 5 / Web-Based Attack. Where there are several permasalahn faced by members of the army that takes a long time to process a loan application and submission of scholarship money for the children of members of the army who excel. In addition, members of the army are also difficult to obtain information about the activities that have been scheduled by the Battalion Yonkav 5 / Assault. To be able to cope and provide the best solution hence made an Application Filing Data Processing Loans and Scholarships Members of the Army Battalion Yonkav 5 / Web-Based Attack. Data collection methods used in prepare the final report is the observation and interviews. Applications Data Processing Filing Loans and Scholarships Members of the Army Battalion Yonkav 5 / Attack Web Based provide facilities to members of the Army to submit a loan application money and a loan application online scholarship, so that members can perform its activities effectively and efficiently
