Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Kenten Palembang is located at Jalan Seduduk Putih No. 01 Palembang is a ministry in the service of the distribution of electricity, so it can be enjoyed by all the people who need it. PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Kenten have an important role in performing its duties and functions in receiving complaints from the public. In the data processing section Customer Service Complaints superfine (P4) is still hampered by its customer complaints process against PT PLN, will slow handling PT PLN to the problem of customers through the call center of PT PLN and there are many customers who do not know the procedure of handling the problem through the call center system. Based on the above background, the authors took the initiative to create an application that makes it part of Customer Service Complaints superfine (P4) to speed up data processing, using PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL (My Structured Query Language) which will be used as a practical work report entitled "Data Processing Application Customer Service Complaints superfine (P4) at PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB Rayon Kenten Palembang".
