Abstract
CV. Segonang Jaya is one form of business entity engaged in the sale of land kavlingan. Data processing sales in the CV. Segonang Jaya can still be said to be manual. The solution of solving this problem is to make an application design that is planned and will be implemented into a computerized and systematic application for the processing of sales data to facilitate admin in data processing sales. The result of this problem in the form of land sales data processing applications kavlingan on CV Segonang Jaya web-based, where the application is more easily applied and understood by buyers and admin. The authors suggest that these applications can be used as useful input for CV Segonang Jaya
