Abstract
This research has done at PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Palembang. Aimed at: Determinig the leadership style that most dominant influence on employees performance and Finding the influence of the leadership style of employees performance at PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Palembang. This research used the leadership style as the independent variable and the employees performance as the dependent variable. The sample of this research were all of the employees at PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Palembang as many as seventy one (71) respondents. The analysis that used in this research were quality and quantity methods with used SPSS version 11.5 for windows. The results revealed that the most dominant leadership style variable on employees performance was supportive leadership style, it is about 3,705 and the leadership style had the influence on employees performance was about 10,492. The writer hope that the company still can keep the supportive leadership style to increase their employees performance.
