Abstract
The research has aimed to determine the influence of work discipline to the employee performance at PT Hindoli Cargill Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin South Sumatera, the method used by the author are a quantitative method.Data collection techniques that writer do are observation, interview, and questionnaires.Based on the results of the research show the application of the rules on disciplinary violations committed have an impact on employee performance because does not know the indicators that will be assessed by the company, and timing of, in this case the need for firmness of a leader of the company to students.Problems: Lack of awareness of employees to comply with regulations concerning labor discipline set by the company such as (1) There are still staff employees who come late to office, (2) Permission to go home without explanation. Consequently the work that has been assigned to employees delayed or not completed or not realized within the time specified by the company.Suggestions: (1) So that a work is not delayed and can be realized, then the employee can start from within yourself first, after which it can be applied in other occupations. (2) Leader must be more assertive in taking action and give punishment to the indiscipline employee.
