Abstract
The objectives of the final report were to find out the strategy of solving problem loans in micro credit sector at Bank Sumsel Babel Capem Kenten Sako Palembang. This research used qualitative descriptive analysis method, it was field research that tried to give descriptive description about reality occureed within society, where as the author in carry out this method approach was used qualitative method. This research discussed about the procedures of micro credit before the new policy applied, the procedures of micro credit after the new policy applied the constraint that faced in distributing credit, and the solution to solve the problem loans. From the research result, the author analyzed that there were three amendments of credit procedures. They were KPK meeting, repayment deadline of credit files, and interview 1 about debtor financial report. One of the internal factor that faced was slow respond of bank, while the external factor was incomplete of credit term. The solving problem solutions of micro credit by Bank Sumsel Babel Capem Sako Kenten Palembang in overcoming the problem loans are preventive proceeding (Collectable 1-4) and repressive proceeding (collectibility 5).
