Abstract
The title of this final report is Review Training Conditions Concerning the Spiritual Building Training Attendance at PT Pusri with the main problem, what is the cause of the absence of Spiritual building training on PT Pusri Palembang, which aims to determine the source of the problem of high levels of absenteeism as well as trainees This writing becomes input for the problem of absenteeism trainee spiritual building training . This research show only qualitative data, the authors used data analysis inductive. The results showed still less than optimal implementation of visits of less participation in this training, the absence of a major problem in the implementation of training this is due to several factors, including from the bustle of the work unit participants as well as the lack of good communication between the executive and the participants in disseminating implementation Spiritual training building training. Suggestions of this study is one of the efforts that education and training can work well is to reward the participants so that they can be motivated to participate in training and the implementation of this training can be well communicated to the participants so that the participants can be motivated to follow the spiritual training building training
