Abstract

The purpose of this Final Report is to examine the Impact of compensation against employee morale production department at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Palembang. This research uses qualitative analysis method is by way of interviews and questionnaires to employees Departmen granting production. While the methods of quantitative analysis that is by using a calculation formula balanced interpretation. This research on the compensation given by PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Palembang. The outline, the company has fulfilled compensated both financially and non financially. The most dominant dimension to financial compensation that the facilities and the most dominant dimension to non financial compensation that is familial. It can be concluded that overall PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Palembang has fulfilled the compensation, although there are some complains from the employees because the company has not fulfilled the provision of compensation in the form of a staple to the employees, so the company should pay attention again it is to further enhance employee morale.
