Abstract
The title of this final report is the applicatioan of financial compensation and non-financial compensation to the PT MANK KA Palembang. The objectives this final report were to know how the Application of the financial compensation and non-financial compensation to the PT MANK KA Palembang. For that the writer using some research methodology likes observations and distribution questions to thirty-two employees. From the analysis data that the Application of the financial compensation and non-financial compensation to the PT MANK KA Palembang . It looks from the component of compensation that showed for the first Salary (68,75 percent), Wage (43,75percent), Incentive (37,5percent), and Inderect beneficts (allowance) (87,5percent). The conclusion is the application of the compensation in the form of salary allowance is already good, but the application of wages and incentives are not in accordance with the existing theory as seen from the questionnaires and interviews that we have analysis. So should the application of financial compensation in the form of wages and incentives in order to improve and motivate the employees in the work over again, while the financial compensation in the work over again, while the financial compensation in the form of salaries and allowances of its application should be maintained and continuously improved only.
