Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the utilization of Digital Library in State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya (Polsri Digilib) as a references source in the arrangement of Final Report for the last semester Business Administration students in Polsri. The instruments of research that used were questionnaires, interview, library research. The data were analyzed through qualitative and quantitative method. The result of this research shows that the number of students who use Polsri Digilib as a references source is only 67% from the total of last semester Business Administrastion student in Polsri. The most significant factor that motivates the students to use Polsri Digilib is the function of it as a references source alternative. The most significant factor that supporting the students to use it is the ability to be accessed anytime and anywhere, and the most significant factor that hampering the students to use it is the dependence of it to the electricity availbility, insufficient number of collection and some inactive function on Polsri Digilib.
