Abstract

The final reportis intended to determinewhichthe productquality dimensioninfluence onpurchasing decisionsandproductquality dimension is the mostdominantinfluence onpurchasing decisionsCharmpads. The sample was students majoring inBusiness Administrationvocational programState Polytechnic ofSriwijayamany as65respondents. Results ofthis analysisindicatethe value of AdjustedR Square of0.622or62.2%, which indicatesthatpurchasing decisionsare influencedby thesixdimensions ofquality of productsremainingat37.8% influenced by other variablesoutside the modelis not examined. Dimensionalcomplementarycharacteristicsto be the mostdominantin influencingpurchasing decisionswithregersicoefficientof62.1%. Companies mustmaintainandimprove thedimensional characteristics ofcomplementaryby providingnewfeaturesinproducts.
