Abstract
Archival system is the most important part of the administrative activities tha should be central and first. Archival system is considered important because it is an archive of memory, reference, and also material accountability must be managed and maintained integrity. It is also mandated by Act No. 43 of 2009 that the archive should be managed and saved by the State. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures used in RumahSakitKhusus Mata Provinsi Sumatera Selatan and to provide input for the sake of change for the better. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive and supported by secondary data. The type of data is primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from the processing of data and observations. Techniques of data analysis starts from the collection of information through interviews and at a late stage with interesting conclusions. The result showed that the storage of medical records file on RumahSakitKhusus Mata Provinsi Sumatera Selatan is not maximized due to the absence of culling the data from the first year until the 2015’s
