Abstract
The title of this final report is influence the price in increasing the volume of sales at PT Sumber Gaya Azhar Palembang. The data used in this study are primary data by using the collected technique of direct observation and interviews with PT Sumber Gaya on development of prices and sales volume from 2012 to 2014 and secondary data obtained in the form of a brief history of the company and company’s work activities. This report uses quantitative methods of data analysis in measuring in numberical scale (numbers) to perform calculations in order to take an accurate conclusion. The results obtained from the calculation of the overall correlation coefficient between price and sales volume Taman Bukit Azhar types 48 and 72 where the type 72 has a negative influence, which mean declining sales reenue of the company. As for Villa Sungai Buah types 36, 45, 54 and Villa Azhar 2 types 45, 54, 72, 100, 125 have a positive influence which means to increase the company’s sales revenue.
