The Influence of Profitability, Investment Decision dan Finance Decision Againts Firm Value Rendi Firnando. 2015 (xiv+ 67 pages) rendifirnando@yahoo.com The purpose of this research is to find the influence of Profitability, Investment Decision dan Finance Decision Againts Firm Value. Measuring instruments used are Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Price Earning Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Price Book Value. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. The samples are 19 companies from 35 companies during the period 2010-2013 in the consumer goods industry companies. The data is analyzed with multilinier. The results show that, Simultaneously Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Price Earning Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have significantly influence to Price Book Value. Partially, Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect to Price Book Value. While Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Price Earning Ratio have significantly influence to Price Book Value
