Abstract

Nyayu Mardiana, 2015 (xii + 46) nyayu_mardiana1082@gmail.com The purpose ofthis study was todetermineandanalyzewhether theReturn OnEquity(ROE) andNetProfit Margin(NPM) simultaneouseffecton stock priceonfood and beverage companieslistedin Indonesia Stock Exchange2011-2013. The data usedissecondary data. The analysis techniqueusedisdescriptive statistical analysis, data qualitytestandmultiple linear regression test. Based onthe test resultscan be concludedthat theReturn OnEquity(ROE) andNetProfit Margin(NPM) simultaneously take affect significantlyon stock price. PartiallyReturn OnEquity(ROE) does not affectthepositive valueof thestock price. While theNet Profit Margin(NPM) in a positiveand significanteffecton stock price. Advice giventhatthe investorsin order toconduct an analysis ofprospectiveinvesteecompaniesboth in terms offinancial ratiosoutside ofthis study. For thenext researcher tonotonlylimited tointernalinformationbutalsouseexternal variablesasindependentvariablesandvariablesaddmore diverse.
