Abstract
The Effect of Characteristics Company to Earning Growth on The Property and Real Estate Companies Listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange in Period 2010-2014 Marwan Saputra, 2015, Akuntansi, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya ( xv+42 Pages ) Email : Marwansaputra255@yahoo.co.id This research aims to knows the effect of characteristics company in the property and real estate companies simultaneously and partially which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014, where the characteristics company measured with the age of company, size company and capital structure. The data used is panel data. The analysis technique used is the anlysis dscriptive, classical assumptions test, multiple linear regression and statistic test (hypothesis). Based on the test result, it can be concluded that partially Age Company negative and significant impact to earning growth, Size company positive and significant impact to Earning Growth, While Capital Structure not significant impact to Earning Growth. Simultaneously, Age Company Size Company and Capital Structure positive and significant impact to Earning Growth. The ability of the three variables to predict the Earning Growth was 22,6% while the remaining 77,4% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.
