Abstract

Analysis of Financial Performance with Using Economic Value Added (EVA) Method and Market Value Added (MVA) Method at PT Ciputra Development Tbk and PT LippoKarawaci Period 2010-2014 RestyDasryantiNadhilah, 2015(xv+ 71pages) Email: restynadhilah@yahoo.co.id This final report is Analysis of Financial Performance with Using Economic Value Added (EVA) Method and Market Value Added (MVA) Method. The writer used secunderdatas in writing this final report. Datas that writer got are financial statements on 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 and company overview. The kinds of analysis are analysis of WACC calculation, analysis of EVA calculation and analysis MVA. After writer did analysis of calculation so it can be concluded that calculation of EVA PT Ciputra Development Tbk is higher than PT LippoKarawaciTbk. And then the calculation of MVA PT LippoKarawaciTbk is higher than PT Ciputra Development Tbk, From the conclusion of analysis above. the company should be maintain and improve the financial performance every year especially on the financial performance in order to maximize the rate of return on capital in the future.
