Abstract

THE DESIGN OF MICROCONTROLLER BASED PUBLIC BATHROOM'S MANAGEMENT SYSTEM M. Rizky Wahyudi (2015 : 55Pages) This design is created with the intention of providing comfort and convenience for people who using public bathroom’s facilities. This design has two separated systems. The first system will use a PIR sensor (stand-by/active voltage: 0,20V/2,23V) that if detects person’s presence inside the bathroom, then with certain duration will turn a lamp on and turn a solenoid door lock off. If that person wants to go out of the bathroom, then simply by press a switch button (stand-by/active voltage: 3,93V/0V) with put the lamp and solenoid door lock back to stand-by condition. While the second system will use a water level sensor (stand-by/active voltage: 0V/2,5V) to detect water level in the bathtub. During the water isn’t detected by sensor yet, the bathtub will keep filling in until its sensor detects the water which indicating the bathtub is full. That process will be controlled by solenoid valve which installed between pipes
