Abstract
This report is titled "The rule of secretary in order to support the field manager at KSO Pertamina EP – Benakat Barapt Petroleum Pendopo. This report is aim to know how the rule of secretary in order to support manager and what the constraint which has in her duty. Data collection in this report is use research method, questionnaire,and field research. Collected data are the result of questionnaire which distributed to 5 respondent of board manager and 5 respondendt of the employee of secretary. The result of this research show that secretary is important in supportig manager and employee, then the constraint which have in her duty are categorized of periodly duty such as archive refinding and the incidential duty of manager. the manager is difficult to communicate in order to operational duties and urgent document arrangement.
