Abstract
PIR AND IR SENSOR AS AN AUTOMATIC CONTROLLER ELECTRICITY SWICTH AND WATER TAPS BASED ON MICROCONTROLLER IN HOTEL ROOMS. (RINI PRATAMI PUTRI : 2016 : 42 pages) Utilization of electrical energy today is less effective because many electronic appliances that consume excessive electricity. This is because the users of electronic tools are less aware of the importance of electrical energy. Almost all electronic devices use electricity to work. As well as the use of electrical loads on a hotel room. All electronic devices in the room requires electrical loads in order to work. However, excessive consumption of the electrical load by visitors of the hotel rooms are still frequently occurs. Hotel visitors often ignore the use of electricity in a hotel room for example, lights, televisions and ac allowed to remain lit even though no one in the room. Utilization will other hotel facilities, such as water in the toilets were also sometimes need the full attention of the hotel given the visitors often forget to turn off the water tap. It is one of the electrical energy waste and water. So the effort to save the wastage needs to be installed switch circuit and the tap water by using the influence of human presence by using a PIR sensor and IR are used for motion detection as the condition factor of on-off lights and taps.
