Abstract
Pulse is a wave which felt on artery if blood pumped out of heart, the wave pressure pushes artery wall like flowing and the pusher felt as artery. The device Turned on and initialize on input and output., if pulse = 0, then the device will checks the condition of copper fiber, if the copper fiber is severed then the buzzer will turned on, if pulse > 0 then the device will start counting pulse per minute repeatedly, then the device will compares the calculation result with the knowned valid data, if pulse < 80 the the device will activates vibrator to vibrate the helmet.
