Abstract
This final report were to determine the procedures for awarding credit at the small medium enterprise in Palembang Branch Bank BTPN Sudirman. Methods of data collection in this research was done by direct interview with a Relationship Manager at the small medium enterprise Branch Bank BTPN Sudirman Palembang. The analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results obtained are the stages of lending procedures at the small medium enterprise in Palembang Branch Bank BTPN sudirman and form of collateral that can be submitted at the time of loan application. Based on the fact there are mistakes in lending to debtor eligible because the banks are still not as thorough in analyzing the data potential borrowers. Therefore, to determine whether or not credit is given to the customer by the bank should be carefully and thoroughly to all the authenticity of data and information on the proposed guarantee the customer.
