The tittle of this report is The Implementation of E-Correspondence System in SPRM (Strategic Planning & Risk Management) Unit at PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih. This study aims to understand in the implementation of e-correspondence system in SPRM (Strategic Planning & Risk Management) Unit at PT Pertamina EP Asset 2, which located in Jenderal Sudirman Street No. 03 Prabumulih, South Sumatera. By conducting this study, the author wanted to know the implementation of e-correspondence system and the problems faced by the employee after the implementation of the system. The data was collected through literature review, interview, observation and data analysis. The result had shown that there are still some weaknesses or problems occurs in the implementation of e-correspondence system. Therefore, the author suggests that the employee to solve that problem by developing the system, evaluating the use of the system and socializing the policy in using the e-correspondence system.
