Abstract
The tittle of this research is The Implementation of Receptionist Etiquette at Harian Pagi Sumatera Ekspres Office. The purpose of this research is to understand The Implementation of Receptionist Etiquette at Harian Pagi Sumatera Ekspres Office that addressed at 773 Kolonel Barlian Streets, Km 6.5, Sukarame Palembang. Through this research, the writer wants to know how the etiquette applied by the receptionist in serving every guest. The writer obtains the data and information through interview, questionnaire and library research. Based on the comparison between the Kasmir theory and the reality, it is found that there are some receptionist etiquette which are not implemented optimally. Therefore the writer suggests that to the receptionist should keep the hospitality to every guest and implement etiquette accordance with the instruction.
