Abstract
The Purpose of this final report is to examine how the process of manual air domestic flight ticket reservation at PT Sky Manari Tour dan Travel Palembang and what the obstacle of the process The data were collected through interview, literature review, and documentation. The data source of this final report is primer data that obtain from PT Sky Manari Tour and Travel Palembang and the secondary data have the shape of literature review that related with the result of this final report. The analysis data that used is analysis qualitative descriptive which is more discuss to the process. Based on the finding, the writer concludes that the process of manual flight ticket reservation in PT Sky Manari Tour and Travel can be said that staff ticketing has not been succesfull in service business, because the staff of ticketing have done yet all of the reservation process based on literature review. Staff ticketing never explain to costumers about service that give by airlines
