Abstract
The Final Report conducted to determine the financial condition using financial ratios, how to manage receivable management, and how to improve the company's profitability. The analysis object in this final report was PT Pamapersada Nusantara that located at Jalan Rawagelam 1 No. 9, Industrial Estate Pulogadung, Jakarta. The author used observation, interview and library research to collect the data. The results indicated that the company's financial condition was in good condition. Company’s receivable management made credit period longer to stimulated sales so receivable collection period became longer. The company had done receivable collection by sending a notification letter and contacting by telephone. The company had improved the work quality and done employees training to improve its profitability. Company may expect to tighten credit policies, especially in receivable collection policies, and reduce transport costs and office travel. Receivable collection technique is supposed to be done through personal visit. In addition, the group leader should increase the control in the field, especially in reporting production results so that the report will be punctual and accurate in order to increase company productivity.
