Abstract
The tittle of this final report is “Archive Saving System in Supporting the Operation of PT Sinar Karya Propertindo Palembang”. The purpose of this paper is to find out the archive saving system of PT Sinar Karya Propertindo Palembang. For data collecting techniques, the writer used observation, interview, and library research. PT Sinar Karya Propertindo’s archive saving system is not good enough because it still used chronological system which is only listed annually and used ordner map out of its as equipment of archieve more capacities which means that we should take some times over 5 minutes to refind it. However, based on the problems above, writer suggests to company in applying a good archieve saving systems which use alphabet and date list systems also archieve saving on ordner map don’t more capacity to be easy for find back letter what you need
