Abstract
The purpose of the Academic information systems At SMA PatraMandiri 1 Plaju is to provide easy for the parties in the process of the data administration. Administrative data processing still do not use the application facilitates that caused some problems, including the difficulty in the search for the data and not the existence of backup data when data is lost. Therefore, Academic information system At SMA PatraMandiri 1 Plaju by using the programming language PHP and the MySQL DBMS. In the process, Academic information system uses some of the methods in the data collection, namely the direct observation and interview techniques that get accurate data. Academic information system built is capable of processing input data such as students data, teachers data, subjects data and other data that’s possible to processed into the system. So, those are produce more useful information in the form of a report. for examples students data report, teachers data report, subjects data report and other report.
