Abstract
SMA YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang is a private school that helps government to organize education. This school has been using Microsoft Excel in data processing of student scores for the process of determining majors. However, this process is still manual and thus may cause trouble to select data because the data is often fickle. Therefore, the writer create a application determination majors web-based by using PHP programming language and MySQL as the database to help the process of determining majors at SMA YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang. Data collection methods that writer uses are observation, interview, and literature riview. The writer hope that this application can help student and school for the process of determining the majors.
