Abstract
As the development of technology, the human needs of tools to facilitate the work has increased. Similarly, in its development (in technology), people began to think of efficiency, both in efficiency-related costs, energy and time. one of which is the commencement of man made conveyances useful lighten their work. on the premise that our team began planning the design of this conveyance. conveyance to the underlying purpose is to help replace human labor's role in transporting large loads. specifically in terms of the mechanical assist nurses and repair as well as our efforts for maintaining and repairing a machining object. then on the premise that, the team started to design and then build the conveyance which we named tool to help in the process of maintenance and repair with maximum weight 100 kg. Transmission system is not designed to use hydraulic as the market. The selected transmission using chain and sprocket, use low-speed motors using the motor with a speed of 70 rpm and torque of 4,68 Nm. Dimensional framework of forklift planned length of 1250mm, width 510 mm, height 1400mm and 700mm maximum lifting height. A maximum lifting load of 100 kg.
