Abstract
Title Final Report "Assessment of Job Performance Employees PT Citra Abadi Indah Cemerlang (Ford Palembang)". PT Citra Abadi Indah Cemerlang (Ford Palembang) addressable Santoso 318 A Major Way Palembang. Leadership performance appraisal is done once a year. not maximum weight rating of the employees and the results were not informed assessment employee concerned. Job Performance Assessment Method of employees using the Rating Scale where assessors are required weeks to conduct an assessment relating to the work of employees with a certain scale ranging from the lowest to the highest. elements that assessed employee is loyalty, performance, responsibility, obedience, honesty, cooperation, the initiative and leadership. Maximum weight not yet given leadership to the employees because the leadership does not want employees to feel satisfied with the results obtained yan value, exceptional value reaches from 94 to 100. The value of leadership only gave 5 points each year to employees on their duties and responsibilities. leadership is also not mengginfomasikan to employees, so that employees can not correct the results of his work. leaders should provide the assessment results for the employee to correct the pekerjaaan good or not good.
