Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to know the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and Protective Tools Self in the Occupotional Health and Safety (K3) used by students mechanical enginnering the writer used the techniques of observtion, interview, questionnare and the documentation in the data collection. The result of this research show that the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and Protective Tools Self about health and safety work has been well provided by Polythecnic. However, accident at the work shop still occur by students because human error. To solves and minimalize the accident, writer sugested to held a reguler controling from the lecturer and group leader and ensure the factors that could endanger health and safety of work, so it can be detected whenever they have to workshop.
