Stirling engine is a convertion energy machine that utilizes heat energy to be changed into electrical energy. Heat energy in this research is from a biogas combustion which has been produced from cow manure and water hyacinth with a biogas prototype which has been designed as batch process and stirred tank technology and temperature settings which stable at 350C so that biogas production be maximal. Biogas combustion performed at day-17 production biogas with pressure 82 mmhg. Biogas combustion in this research can stir the stirling engine which connected with a generator so that can produce an electricity. The result in this research which obtainable from every temperature increase and electrical voltage. The best result from this research after performed as much as 11 times measurement is 2 volt with the velocity of stirling engine rotation is 2102 Rpm and the temperature of head stirling engine is 219 0C
