Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find the influence of Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Debt to Equty Ratio (DER) Againts Firm Value of Automotive Companies and Component Listed on the Stock Exchange Period 2011-2014. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data is analyzed with multilinier regression of ordinary least square, hypotheses test used partial t - test, simultan F – test at level of significance 5% and adjusted R square.. The results show that, Partially, Return on Equity and Price Earning Ratio have significantly influence to Price Book Value, while Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect to Price Book Value. Simultaneously Return on Equity, Price Earning Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have significantly influence to Price Book Value. Predictable of the four variables toward Price Book Value is 84 % , while the rest 16 % is affected by other factors that is not included into the study model.
