Abstract

Information Systems The First Level Health Facilities on Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan Branch of Palembang is Information Systems designed to helps The First Level Health Facilities to make the process of renewal coorperation and helps in providing monthly activities report of Prolanis. Systems that were previously, if The First Level Health Facilities wants to extend the cooperation it must give new files of Health Facility First Level, otherwise it must provide monthly activity reports of Prolanis. The procedure of submission of the report is less effective because The First Level Health Facilities must always come directly to Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan Branch of Palembang. Storage in hardcopy form is less effective because unused old data still stored so that the build up of files. Information Systems The First Level Health Facilities built using the programming language PHP with MySQL database is online. This informationn systems is expected to help The First Level Health Facilities in providing informtaion on The First Level Health Facilities data and monthly reports Propanis on Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan Branch of Palembang.
