Abstract
The purpose of this research was to know the relationship between self-concept degree and readiness to face off accupation world for Diploma degree examination at Business Administration Department of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang. The subject of this research was 156 people from last semester students at Business Administration Department. The writer used the correlational research method. The data was collected through questionnaire. In the provision of score, the writer used likert scale. The data was analyze by used percentage technique and product moment pearson correlation. The result of this research was 0,73 which mean high correlation thitung > ttabel (13,32>1,975) which mean has positive and significant relationship. The influence contribution of self-concept to readiness to face off accupation world can be seen by the table of correlation value result (R2) or determinant coefficient 53,29% which mean still have 46,71% other factor. The result to self-concept degree and readiness to face off accupation world percentage was very high bot still have some things from self-concept such as physical aspect and moral aspect and readiness to face off accupation world dimension such as skills dimension, science dimension, comprehension dimension which still needed to be be improved and upgrade again by active to socialitation and has much experience.
