Abstract

Developments in the field of PLC technology plays an important role in the industrial world. However PLC still has weaknesses in its control system, therefore the need for a monitoring system via Wonderware InTouch SCADA software. Which can store data in an accurate, real-time, efficient. But the tool is still using the help of a microcontroller as a controller and data processor, while the PLC is useful to provide logic to a PC via a relay driver which will then be converted into decimal form, so that the temperature data can be seen clearly. For data retrieval temperature using PTC sensor which will then be processed by the arduino mega 2560.
