Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to face the problem when making the schedule of work that is still using Microsoft Excel. When the worker makes the schedule of work in the desk control room division about the date, shift data, and the employee data where the worker who makes the longer time for making this schedule according the data because the worker have to open the sheet data to know who the employee that has been entered in that schedule So, in that process will not be efficient. To make it happened the desk control division in the processing schedule of work and also to help the employee knows the schedule of work. In this system, the writer uses the PHP and for the database is MySQL programming language.
