Abstract
Urban Village is a government agency which relate directly to the smallest community in terms of providing administrative services for residents. Rush and routine community is very high that the community is expecting population administration services are fast, accurate and efficient. Village of serving the needs of society starting from the manufacture Certificate of death, birth, removals, and migrants. Kelurahan 20 Ilir Region IV Palembang long as it has a system that is still in manual form so inefficient time spent to process the service population in the search for demographic data ditumpukan archives, difficulty getting Population report quickly and accurately in a short time, the risk may be lost and damage archive of population due to heap too much and not maintained. Therefore, research is needed to develop a system of population. The purpose of this information system is to provide convenience to employees village in the dissemination of population information consisting of mortality, birth rate, the number of residents moved out and come in every month, the manufacturing procedure of Certificate Certificate of death, birth, removals, and migrants. The methodology used in the development of this information system using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In this implementation use PHP programming language and its use as a MySQL database. In addition, this system can easily generate reports on the information the population of deaths, births, removals, and entrants per month with an accurate, precise, and relevant.
