Abstract
The regulation of regent at Ogan Komering Ilir Number 26 in 2008 for the part of third Inspectorate by region in Paragraph 8 in 2(d) said, “the duty and responsibility to neat and deliver the advantage of eyes report, to see what he company do at OKI region is controlling from collecting the credit data that purpose in all employees. Counting the functional with the list purpose of DUPAK which always purposes every 6 month if the data has been report data collected will deliver to OKI regent to do: in this report or collecting the data of counting the functional at DUPAK has a report, the value, etc. collecting data is using Microsoft Excel with typing the formula by using a manual way. In this program, the data that is given by employee. This program if only giving the regent of information. This application is using Java NetBeans programming IDE 8.0 and for the database with XAMPP that hopes can be solver in Inspectorate of OKI region.
