Abstract

Industry demanded to produce qualified items in large quantities to fulfill the increasing needs of society. However, the industry had difficulties in the production process of items caused by disproportion between the number of producers and demand, it is also caused by some factors. One of them is producing process which still use simple method by relying on human skill so it takes time and costs a lot. From that problem, the effective solution was coming up, it is automatic machine namely conveyor to separate the items by using certain provisions for example separating the items based on the production series number, the quality of the items, and etc. In this item (conveyor) there was a sensor that can detect the serial numbers on production output namely Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), also Metal Detector that can detect metal content of the production. This conveyor is really needed in food industry, it is not only fasten in separating and distributing the product but also keep the food quality in order to avoid metal ingredients.
