Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Book Value effect simultaneously and partially to the stock price on Automotive and Component Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all Automotive and Component Companie on Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2011-2014. Determination of the samples in this study is using purposive sampling technique. The data that is used is the ratio data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result show that simultaneously, Current Ratio and Book Value positive and significant influence on stock price. Partially Current Ratio has not positive and significant effect on stock prices, While Book Value have positive and significant influence on stock prices.
