Abstract
One of the most important equipments which support an operational at a power plant escpecially for Steam and Gas Power Plant. Whereas the steam turbine is used to rotate the generator that will produce the electricity. So that very important to keep the steam turbine in good perfomence. The subject of this last assignment is steam turbine at Steam and Gas Power Plant Generating Sector Keramasan. From the research that done, we can know how the steam turbine can work where the residue gas from gas power plant is proceed and supplied to steam turbine and it can work after that the volume of exhaust pressure, input and output temperature lean stabile but input pressure, the turbine’s rotation, the electricity power lean change significantly when the loads is up and down depend of how many the loads that used. Then, the nominal rotation of the steam turbine is 6237 rpm and has tolerance over speed 5% or around 6549 rpm. When the rotation more than the nominal rotation the protection equipment will work.
