Abstract

Along with the growth and development of industries in Indonesia, gradually many companies are starting to switch to using mechanical power supplied by the electric power, one of which is an electric motor. Many electric motors were damaged, it could lead to motor performance to be down, then the need for the process of repair of electric motors which are very badly needed. One electric motor repair process is rewinding the stator coil or the rotor of the motor. This final report will discuss how the rewinding process is good and right. Calculations were performed with the change parameter value 0 Nm of torque, and a torque of 0.5 Nm. The resulting maximum current is 1.02 A. The input power is generated is equal to 0,075 KW to 0 Nm of torque, and 0.191 KW to 0.5 Nm torque. Output power to a torque of 0.5 Nm is equal to 0.128 KW. The resulting efficiency is 67%. From the calculation results obtained, the motor has been rewound decreased performance.
